Our Family
While we can't control the challenges that come our way, we can control how we face them. Our son, Sean, was born with a severe congenital heart defect. Although Sean has passed on, he is here with us each day reminding us to Live the Agape.
In our family's journey, we were blessed to come in contact with dozens of people we did not know but they gave their heart and soul to take care of us. They gave from their hearts to show compassion and care. We felt a bond and connection that can only come from a loving heart.
Our Son, Sean
Sean was born with a severe congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). His joyful perspective on life reminded us all that our own lives have purpose. We each have our own cross to bear as we try to do our best with the time we have. Sean is determined to make the most of it, and was grounded in gratitude. We challenge each of you to be like Sean, to define within your heart and soul.
